Customer service is horrible. We walked in, no greeting, no smile from the young black guy. When our food was ready he sat it on the counter and didn't even bother to let us know it was ready. We asked was that ours and he said "yeah" . like wtf is this place. Food was OK, nothing to go back for.

This review is really 0 stars, but can't do that on Yelp. Ordered online for delivery. Was told "30 to 40 minutes". It is Friday night, so that is reasonable. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we called to check on the status of the order. After an obnoxious amount of recorded messages, we got ahold of the absolute rudest employee. After being on hold several times checking on the order, the manager got on the phone. Guess what? The manager is also the delivery driver. He lied to us stating that he had been to our house (we have a big picture window in our living room and can see everything happening on our street). He then promised to remake our order and deliver in 20 minutes. On a hunch, I decided to go back online and check the delivery status...COMPLETELY different order from what we ordered. Call them back and got Little Miss Rudeness again. Explained the situation to her and she, unbelievably, got even more rude. We are now 2+ hours after the original order that was to take 30-40 minutes. We mentioned to her that the manager had stated that he would be here in 20 minutes from the prior call -- she said "he's not going to make it", cancelled our order and hung up. THIS is the reason we go outside of Prince George's County to dine. There is a severe lack of customer service skills in this County, and this is a prime example. "Ridiculous" does not even begin to describe the ghetto circus that is Jerry's Subs & Pizza in District Heights, MD. Hey, Jerry's Subs & Pizza in District Heights, MD -- your "PG" is showing.

Will never ever order from there again placed my order online at 310pm called location at 345pm they stated order was on the way 4pm came around still no order called again talk to manager granted order in 20 min with 25 % off 15min to 5 rolls around still no order told food was deliever to wrong people. Mind u I was feeding myself and three kids....

Tried to order but the person on the phone was a butt nugget and acted like he couldn't comprehend that in order to get buzzed into my complex you have to search the name on the address panel, then gave me an obnoxiously long wait time of an hour and a half for delivery to deter me from ordering, mind you they were closing in 45 minutes. SUCCESS! They won't get my money now or ever. Thanks but no thanks Jerry's...

I have been to this location three times. Two of my lunch experiences at this restaurant were very good. The other lunch visit was just okay. I gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 because the service speed can be slow at times. During my second visit, I had wait over 10 minutes to get my food - I got my food in under 2 minutes the other two times. The food is of above-average quality and is priced correctly in my opinion. They seem to always be promoting some type of sub/lunch special that will run you between $5-$8 per person (usually includes drink and fries). If you stick to those specials/promotions, you will get an ample amount of good food at a reasonable price. Since the location is fairly new, the appearance is up-to-date and clean - we'll see how long this lasts. The atmosphere is typical lunch casual and fairly quiet most of the time. The quietness is due to the small amount of customers, but this may change as the restaurant is discovered by more local inhabitants or area workers. For the Suitland area, I think this establishment is worth your business and you are likely to leave satisfied. My suggestion is to frequent this establishment now or in the near future. Most of the food-service places in the area have not been able to sustain a high level of service or comfortable environment over the long haul.
